Leon Neyfakh— Creative Director
Leon Neyfakh is an award-winning journalist, host, and producer whose work has helped define modern narrative podcasting. He is the co-creator and original host of Slow Burn and the host of Fiasco, which have explored pivotal moments in American history with depth and narrative precision.
His work spans audio and television, including documentary adaptations of Slow Burn and Fiasco, as well as projects such as Think Twice: Michael Jackson, named The New Yorker’s Podcast of the Year.
Leon's work has been recognised with a National Magazine Award, Signal Awards, Webby Awards, and Ambies. Both Slow Burn and Fiasco were named among TIME Magazine's "100 Best Podcasts of All Time."

Elise Bergerson —Managing Director
Elise Bergerson brings deep expertise in the strategy and execution of narrative audio. She has spent her career supporting and scaling some of the most respected voices and institutions in the industry, including This American Life and Serial Productions, where she ran business operations.
She was formerly Head of Audio at Verve Talent & Literary Agency, where she advised some of the most important voices in narrative audio, including Peabody and Pulitzer Prize winners.
Across her career, she has supported projects that have reached billions of downloads and has consistently translated creative vision into enduring, scalable work.
At Airloom, Elise leads client experience, where she oversees every project from first conversation to final delivery — ensuring each vision is honoured and each step handled with care.
